2025 Cuffing Season is officially here. But don’t panic!

CAVA is here to make getting cuffed actually sound appetizing. They are making this season less stressful and a whole lot tastier.

What is Cuffing Season?

For those unfamiliar with this cultural phenomenon, Cuffing Season typically takes place from fall through winter. It refers to the time of the year when single people are more likely to seek out a more serious relationship and essentially “cuff” themselves to a partner.

Cuffing Season Timeline

Cuffing season is broken into two phases:

Preseason Drafting (September – October)

People recruit potential partners and establish a “roster” list of potential partners. Several first-dates may be taken.

Cuffing Season (November – December)

Exclusive, Official Relationships get Declared. Ideally right in time for the holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanza, and New Year’s Eve/Day.

Cuffing Season & CAVA?

Now, with that said, CAVA is well aware that you all are getting clever with how you “draft.”

There is a “viral trend” where women visit the nearest CAVA Restaurants of Financial Banks to “accidentally” grab the wrong order of a hot finance bro. The purpose? To organize a meet-cute (aka that moment where two people who will become romantically involved with one another meet for the first time unexpectedly).

Once the name and CAVA bowl is secured, these women will put their investigation skills to the test. They will search high and low for the CAVA order’s rightful owner’s LinkedIn only to say, “Next one on me?” It’s brilliant. Truly.
